These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
M-Services subscription service ("Service") operated by
M-Services ("we", "us", "our").
By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
M-Services is a subscription-based service that delivers curated essentials
on a recurring basis (typically monthly).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding
agreement to use this Service.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Prices are displayed in ZAR and include/exclude VAT as required by law.
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically.
Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details,
or events beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
5.1 Eligible Returns
Items that arrive defective, damaged, or faulty.
Incorrect items delivered.
Requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery.
5.2 Non-Eligible Returns
Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with (unless defective).
Opened hygiene or personal care products.
Change-of-mind returns on subscription items unless required by law.
5.3 Return Process
Email support@m-services.co.za with your order number.
Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
Returned items may be inspected before approval.
5.4 Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within
5–10 business days.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or support.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds unless required by law.
7. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Do not misuse or resell subscription benefits.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount
paid for the most recent billing cycle.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
